2. Purification Process
The glycine crude water solution consist of glycine and ammonium chloride enters into the continuous chromatographic separation system that exclusively fills chromatographic media. The continuous countercurrent manner is used. According to the different speeds of movement of glycine and ammonium chloride in chromatographic filler, water is used as the eluting agent to respectively collect eluent and residual liquid and acquire glycine and ammonium chloride products to achieve efficient separation of glycine and ammonium chloride.
