Brine Denitration Recycling Zero Discharging
1. Water Quality
Te and Se wastewater discharged in a rare metal refining company production workshop is mainly mixed wastewater composing of sodium chloride and sodium sulfate, in which the sodium sulfate has a concentration of about 10% and has a certain amount of sodium chloride. The pH is 10-11; the concentration of chloride ion is below 30000mg/l, and the flow rate is 100 tons/day. Since the wastewater contains high salt content, the direct emissions seriously exceed standard.
2. The Principle of Technology
Combined with the evaporation process, the entire processing system achieves zero emissions, enabling sodium chloride and sodium sulfate to be fully recovered. Ultrafiltration membrane decolorization—secondary nanofiltration desalination--reverse osmosis membrane water recycling technology is used, which can well solve the problem left by the distillation method. When the effluent reaches the reuse standards, it can also reduce sewage discharge fees and save the water to be evaporated, thus creating considerable economic benefits for the enterprise.
